Brutus was unstable:  In ACT II, Portia sees Brutus not eating, not sleeping well, and getting angry easily, showing he is unstable. She thinks he is sick.  Is there any other evidence that Brutus was unstable?

Opening Statement

Your Honor, Juries, Ladies and Gentlemen. We are here today to prove to you that Brutus did not and does NOT have the best interests in Rome. Brutus says that Caesar was a Tyrant, but what proof does he have that Caesar was a tyrant? We even have a witness, an ex-Servant of Caesar that will tell you how Caesar was a kind and generous Master. Also, Brutus says that by killing Caesar that they would bring peace and prosperity to Rome. But, all it did was bring sadness, chaos, war, anger, hatred, and death. We have two kind people here who can tell you how they tried to warn Caesar of the danger, the conspirators, and their betrayal. But, they were stopped by Brutus and his men from accomplishing their mission. Also, we have a fellow Plebian with us who will tell you how Brutus joined the Conspiracy and how he and his fellow friends planed Caesars death, from the moment he stepped out of his house, to the moment when he fell to the ground with the shock of Brutus's horrible and terrible betrayal. That is what we are going to prove to you today. Thank you.

Here's what I have for the opening statement. Please tell me what you think and where you think I might need to change it.

A. Then no, Master/Caesar was very kind and generous.

Q. In the time that you were able to serve hime, did he ever act in his own interests or out of pure greed?
A. No, In fact, he gave all his stuff to the People of Rome when he died. It says so in his will, was very kind and generous, etc.

For others to look at as well.

Evidence against Brutus.
pg. 19, Brutus says he did not want Caesar to be king, Brutus was on "fence". Switched sides, is loyal to Rome now, But, how know he won't switch sides again when he thinks the other side is "right"?
pg. 49, Brutus is one who decided they had to kill Caesar, others conspirors didn't suggest, Brutus took charge of conspiracy,
Said Caesar was a tyrant, what proof does he have? May have been weak, may not have, how know stories that were told by Cassius and others were not lies?
hey
